The recipe is simple, quick and fuss-free, the only thing you need to keep in mind is that to clean, de-shell and de-vein the prawns properly.
To begin making the Butter Garlic Prawns recipe, keep all the ingredients handy and ready.
Heat up a skillet or a flat surface pan and add olive oil and butter into it. Olive oil saves the butter from burning.
Once the butter gets melted, then add chopped garlic and give it a quick stir till you start getting the aroma of garlic.
Now add the cleaned prawns and mix them well with the garlic butter.
After cooking them for a min, Add 1 tsp of chili flakes, 1/2 tsp of mixed herbs. Mix them well.
Cook the prawns on high flame for not more than 3 mins. Now its time to add salt and freshly grounded pepper powder.
Mix everything well, continue to cook Prawns for another 1 min on high flame. Now you can switch off the flame as prawn may turn rubbery and chewy, if the prawns are over-cooked.
Our juicy and buttery Butter Garlic Prawns are ready to be served. Serve it with fried rice or noodles or just as a party starter.
